We made it through difficult stages before and we can do it again


This isn’t forever


Keep calm and just breathe


I can respond with calm and confidence

 

It’s ok to cry


I can listen to my crying child with calm and compassion 


It’s good and healthy to set boundaries with my child


I am a good mom/dad


I can respond with compassion and gentleness 


My past experiences don’t have to define my parenting


I can reach out for help and support


Asking for help does not make me a failure
